Tiffany Woolley never doubted that she would be working in the world of interior design and style.

I love fashion, and I love style,” says Woolley, who grew up immersed in an environment of fine interior design and attention to detail. ‘That’s where my passion comes from,” she says.

Today, that passion is the driving force behind TW Interiors, one of Delray Beach hottest “boutique style” design firms, which Woolley launched almost twenty years ago. “I took my passion and made it my job,” says Woolley, who never considered working in any other profession.

She first started as Monaco Interiors Group in 2000, building it to an nine person team, then in 2007 she had twins and took a break for almost a year and a half, but missed the Delray Beach interior design business, she relaunch her interior design business as TW Interiors and has built a versatile team that helps owners of homes, ranging from condominiums to mansions, create design schemes to match their lifestyles. “A home should speak volumes about the people who live inside,” Woolley says. “It should speak to their passions, their history and their travels.” Because the group’s work is customer oriented, TW Interiors team makes it a point not to put their own stamp on a project, but rather to give it the stamp of the homeowner. As a result, TW Interiors is skilled at working within all styles, from traditional to transitional and everything in between. “That’s what keeps it so interesting,” says Woolley, whose extensive resource showroom at the corner of Congress Ave and Lake Ida in Delray Beach offers an insight into the diversity that TW Interiors can accommodate.

Although Woolley is involved in every project, it is the whole-team approach to learning about clients and meeting their needs that helps distinguish TW Interiors. “What TW Interiors offers is an amazing talented group to work with,” Woolley says. ‘The team here is very versatile, with each member offering a unique perspective.” Clients will discover that the firm’s work is the outgrowth of several members of the team working together to fine-tune ideas that make the most out of space and that meld form and function. Throughout the process, the TW Interiors team works closely with the client so that he or she is intimately involved in the decision-making and enjoyment of creating a look and feel unique to their lifestyle. “Our goal is to make the experience enjoyable for the client,” Woolley says. “What we do is take the hassle out of it.” With the team supervising everything from purchasing to delivery and installation, clients can be free from worrying about the nagging details that can lead to frustration. “We save our clients’ time and money. I have clients who, when we’ve completed their project, say ‘Let’s do it again,'” Woolley says.

Today, thanks in large part to that passion for design that has always been an integral part of her life, Woolley and her husband Scott and the team at TW Interiors have forged long-term relationships with their clients.

“People fall in love with the finished project,” Woolley says.
